The Riding High Sales Team seeks a driven individual to join the General Merchandise Team. If you are dependable, friendly, and enjoy assisting customers, this position is perfect for you.

Role Mission:

Provide customers with exceptional service by exceeding their individual needs and expectations and promoting the philosophy and values of the Harley-Davidson® culture.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding the customer's expectations, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products.
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow team members to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Contribute to upholding all visual displays per Riding High Harley-Davidson standards.
• Contribute to the store's daily operations by maintaining a neat, organized understock and stock room.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Experience assisting customers before, during, and after purchases to satisfy customers needs.
• Experience in retail sales.
